Warranty for Easy Build Structures Building System Products:

• For warranty to be valid the building must be erected within 60 days of delivery. Shortages and damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery of the components.
• If any frame component part does not meet quality expectations, Easy Build Building Systems will replace that part at no cost.
• This benefit will be in effect for twenty (20) years from the date of delivery and applies to materials only. It does not cover damages to the frame from mishandling or improper installation after the customer has taken possession of the product. Easy Build Structures reserves the right to repair or replace any part that does not perform to expectations.
• This twenty-year frame pledge does not apply to any unexpected or unanticipated acts of God, nature, customer negligence, accident or any damage due to abuse resulting from external or internal impact. Standard structural inspection and maintenance must be performed by the customer on a regular basis.
• To initiate a claim against this pledge, the original purchase receipt, purchase location, customer information and other relevant documentation must be submitted to Easy Build Structures for consideration and action.
• Easy Build partners with national sheet metal suppliers to provide painted steel roofing, siding and trim as part of a complete garage, building, carport or loafing shed package. Our sheet metal suppliers provide a 40-year limited warranty on their painted steel product.
• Garage doors are warranted for 1 year from the date of installation.
